What a mow includes
Six ways Tuft shows up
Every visit is a mow, a trim around the edges, an edge along the walks and a blow-off of the hard surfaces. These are the ways to book it.
Weekly mowing
The same day each week, so the lawn never gets ahead of the mower.

Invoice after each visit
Every other week
For slower growth in the cooler months, or a yard that isn't picky.
Taller grass means a slightly higher price
Same route day each time
First cut of a tall yard
A new house, a vacant lot or a month away. I cut it down in stages so the lawn doesn't scalp.

Then weekly or every other week
Move-in mow
Closing on Friday and company on Saturday. One cut before the boxes arrive.
Booked as a single visit

Leaf blow-off
In the fall I clear leaves off the lawn and beds near the walk as part of a mow.
Part of the October and November mows
Heavy piles are priced by text
Bag and haul
Clippings bagged and taken away, for a lawn that was left too long or a neighborhood that asks.

About the work
Questions about the cut
How high do you cut?
It depends on the grass. Fescue gets a higher cut, especially in summer. Bermuda takes a lower one. If you know which you have, put it in your text. If you don't, the photo tells me.
Do you bag the clippings?
Not unless you ask. Clippings spread back over a dry lawn feed it. Bagging is an add-on, and I price it by text.
Can I add trimming only, or leaves only?
Mowing is the job. If you want something smaller, text me what you have in mind and I'll say yes or no.
